This is our most popular tasting, where guests learn techniques to sharpen their skills at the art of matching wine to food. We’ll discuss techniques for pairing and learn by demonstration as we indulge in a 4-course meal expertly paired with 6 different wines.
This tasting is best suited to 6-10 guests, but larger parties can be arranged. Price is $95 per guest, with a 6-guest minimum. The tasting lasts approximately two and a half hours. We provide all wines, food, silverware, tableware and glassware. The host needs a kitchen with stove, oven and sink, and dining room style seating for guests.
