WineShark offers peer-to-peer and staff training for wine sales. We specialize in restaurants that want to increase staff knowledge of food and wine pairing in order to increase sales. Classes include an analysis of wine list offerings, combined with a menu review at the ingredient and preparation level. Lectures typically include demonstration of select wines and menu items.
